Q: I go to a concert by Taylor Swift tonight and I can not decide what I wear. I want my outfit to look like something she would wear.

Q: I'm 4"75, 14 years old, quite skinny, have pale-ish skin, light brown/blondish hair with choc brown underneath, hazel eyes, freckles. Which dress would suit me the most? And do you have any other cheap, cute dress ideas that I might like? Or places to look?
